She cared about our situation and our needs while we worked with her as a buyer and seller. She has always entertained my stupid questions about the real estate. We felt Karen did a very good job researching all real estate transactions in the area. She brought all the information to our home and explained in detail the sales in the area. Together, we came up with a selling price that we were happy with and proved to be good. We had an offer and accepted in about ten days. We got the amount we wanted. She was very professional, and personable, working with us and the buyer. We used Karen when we bought the house six years ago. What sold us on her was when she sold our "flip" house in 2008 when the market was collapsing and the previous agent had trouble finding clients to show the house to. We are selling our home in about a year when our new house is built. Karen will be the agent.
